Okay, so usually I don't like doing staff auditions and usually try to just pick those who I feel best for the job out of the members but...I need a little help. There are too many members I feel that could fit well in the staff team and need a bit of a better chance to pick out those best for the job.
The job(s) Available:
• One or two global moderators will be chosen.
Requirements:
• Should have at least one accepted character.
• In post participation recommended, but not necessary.
• Should be active on Cursed Desires.
• Should have some experience in staffing, though not highly looked at.
• Should be nice and welcoming to new and old members alike, but able to put down the rules when needed.
• Should have creativity, enthusiasm, and a joy in trying new things (but that last piece should be easy if you're on this site ~_^)
• Should have an eye for detail.
• Should be able to post decent and literate posts.
• Should have a good understanding of the site and willing to ask for clarification when things don't make sense.
• Should be willing and like reading threads of others just for the thrill of it to see what others are up to.
Job Entailments:
Will be stated more specifically after being chosen, but basically moderating the site with a few exceptions.

Why Join?: Why did you join Cursed Desires in the first place?
Staffing Experiences: If the sites you staff on are still alive/active, please put down links. Otherwise, links are not needed. Just state if you have moderated or administrated any sites. If you haven't, that is fine; just state so. =]
Why?: Why do you wish to be a staff instead of just a member?
Added Qualities: What qualities do you think you could bring to the site as staff rather than being just a member.
On a Scale of 1-10, 10 being the absolute best, how well do you believe you fit the requirements?: Honesty is the best policy. Meaning, don't choose 10 unless you really really really mean it.
Which Areas Do you Fit Best?: Pick 1-3 areas from the list of requirements you feel fits you the best. Be honest. If I'm to pick two global moderators to help out, I want the staff team equal and balanced in what each of us can do and bring.
Planning on Sticking Around?: Seriously, I don't want staff members that plan on just ditching the site when we hit rough spots. So, do you plan on sticking around till something major happens and you just cannot stay on?
